What material is used for the products?
16 Gauge steel, which offers plenty of strength and durability and keeps the overall weight down for wall hanging. Some of our larger racks and holders are manufactured from thicker 11 Gauge steel for more strength. This is noted in their description.

Our pieces are designed for both indoor and outdoor display.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our metal art pieces. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If the item is defective or we made an error, we'll cover the cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
